01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 911jl02 website located at https://911jl02.app (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 911jl02 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 911jl02 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering your 911jl02 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your 911jl02 login credentials, including your username and password, strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 911jl02 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have notified 911jl02 of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

911jl02 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 911jl02 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your 911jl02 wallet are credited upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Supported methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. 911jl02 aims to process GCash withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and volume of requests.
• Verification: 911jl02 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Currency: All balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 911jl02 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Administrative fees may apply to dormant accounts as disclosed in the cashier section.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

911jl02 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. 911jl02 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• 911jl02 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use, subject to the original promotion terms.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other fraudulent means, will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, IP address, or device.

06 Gameplay & Fair Play

911jl02 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All casino games offered on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 911jl02 will resolve the situation in accordance with its technical fault procedures, which may include voiding the affected round and returning the wager to the player's account.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing wagers. 911jl02 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Live dealer game results are determined by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers and are subject to the same fairness standards as RNG games.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 911jl02 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 911jl02 Platform, including but not limited to the 911jl02 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 911jl02 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 911jl02.

09 Privacy & Data

911jl02 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 911jl02 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The 911jl02 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11 Account Termination

911jl02 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other legal requirement mandating account closure.
• Prolonged account inactivity as defined in Section 4.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any applicable fees.

You may also voluntarily close your 911jl02 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12 Responsible Gaming
